Pikeville Urgent Care, PLLC, a subsidiary of Presley Healthcare, is accepting sealed bids for General Contracting Services for a commercial property remodel located at 3062 Main St, Pikeville, TN 37367. Project scope includes (but is not limited to): interior wall demolition, window removal, painting, flooring, electrical work, network communications, and plumbing upgrades. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend our pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM CST.
