Pikeville Urgent Care Healthcare Expansion Ground Breaking

Pikeville Urgent Care, a subsidiary of Presley Healthcare, is proud to announce that we have received a grant from the Rural Health Resilience Program. In partnership with the Tennessee Department of Health and TennCare, we invite you to join us for our groundbreaking ceremony on November 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

This grant will fund a major renovation of the historic hospital at 3062 Main Street, currently home to Pikeville Clinic. Upgrades will include a state-of-the-art imaging department with new CT and X-ray machines, as well as expanded services such as specialty care, women’s health (OBGYN), pediatric care, and ultrasound imaging, all in addition to our existing primary and urgent care services.

This initiative will expand healthcare capacity by enhancing primary care services and introducing specialized care, including neurology and pain management through a larger renovated clinical space. Additionally, the program will strengthen primary care and preventive services by increasing clinic capacity, reducing wait times, and adding primary care consultation rooms, CT and x-ray machines, and upgraded patient rooms.

Local and state officials will be in attendance. We also welcome you , your business or community member to attend the event and see the positive impact these new services will have on our community.
